These terms govern the use of the Table Tennis Calendar (the “Service”). By viewing the calendar or submitting content to it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Purpose
The Service is provided to publish and share table tennis club fixtures, training sessions, and related events. It is intended for members and supporters of the club.
2. Acceptable use
When adding events, venues, notes, or announcement banners, you must:
- Keep all content strictly table tennis related (fixtures, training, tournaments, club news and similar). Content unrelated to table tennis is not permitted.
- Not post phone numbers in any field, including event titles, notes, venues, or banners.
- Not post email addresses or other personal contact details in any field, including event titles, notes, venues, or banners.
- Not post content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Not post advertising, spam, or commercial solicitation.
Phone numbers are automatically blocked by the Service. Other content that breaches these rules may be edited or removed.
3. Content and moderation
Club staff and administrators may add, edit, or remove any content at their discretion to keep the calendar accurate and appropriate. Submitting content does not guarantee it will be published or retained.
4. Accuracy
Event information is provided on a best-effort basis and may change. The Service is offered “as is” without warranty of any kind. Always confirm fixture details with the club before travelling.
5. Privacy
Because personal contact details must not be posted, please do not submit information about other people without their consent. Do not include personal data beyond what is necessary to describe a table tennis event.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the club and the operators of the Service are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service or its content.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
